When you click the "Clip to Polyvore" button/bookmark, it injects a Polyvore script into the page but because the script address does not use a secure address, Firefox blocks it and It's fine to do the step, it just can be difficult for many and it didn't seem necessary for me or anyone else I've heard back from.
