My husband believes the wiring harness in the truck isn't communicating properly with what's in the console - essentially, we don't think this is the original console. Wouldn't be that bad since the panels are all pretty easy to remove. I simply want to run 2 new wires to that speaker. If those are good or it still doesn't work, that year model should be fairly easy to remove the head unit (the stereo itself) and check wires.
