Ford Focus Passenger Electric Window Not Working


I usually pull the switch and check it, then power, ground & the two wires going to the motor are o.k. I have taken the door panel off and tried given the motor a few taps as I've read elsewhere that this is sometimes all it needs, however nothing still happend. The car is a 2001 ford focus... I still need it to be repaired, but at least the window is closed now.
