What do you see instead? I'm not sure what click-on buttons do not work for you on that site. news
muchas gracias!!!!!! The DPI setting on this machine is 96. This can be done from the Chrome menu > Help > Report an issue. This might not be the best fix but it would be easy to test and probably easy to merge.
That fixed the problem for a few days, but now the problem's back again, no matter how many times I un-and-re install. Open Chrome, notice the tab close (x) will not glow red or respond to clicks. It happened after the windows update. Please be sure to specify this in your feedback report description.
That font setting controls the size of the tab text and the bookmark text size. Won't work with either 8 or the newer 9.597 beta version. when mouse hover 'x' button color changes to red & when click on the same the tab gets closed. dig this It seemed to happen in stages, but all of the buttons work now.
Also note that choosing between “Normal, Large, and Extra Large Fonts” under the desktop - Display Properties – Appearance – Font size may also have an effect. Of course, if you have a high def screen, the text will be teeny-tiny after you do this. I might actually use chrome then. we have over 30 reports of this... I had been using 125% scaling, plus some custom font sizes.
Anyway I was able to fix it just now by changing my Message Box size from 9 to 7 and now I when I hover over the close tab buttons they I have to resort to IE to get things to work. Updates should happen automatically, but if they don't, you can go to chrome://help and click "Check for and apply updates".
