I don't know why but it looks like Mine aren't the only photos that aren't getting uploaded. It's been an unusually long period of time since I uploaded photos on Panoramio and seen my photos on GE. 5 or 6 months since upload. Download the tar.xz file to some other folder then extract and copy the extracted files in to /opt/google/earth/free folder.
