Yes, this problem seems the same and the explanation is very logical. Now, all I need to find is how to set google-earth to always start with this parameter. In my case I'm unable to save all competitors within a certain radius. This can be a result of proxy settings on the client or authentication requirements of the WSA.
If WSA is set up in explicit mode in the network, you will need to configure Google Earth to use the proxy. If I search for my local bank - it's in the middle of Lithuania (when I double click on it), when I search for my school - what do you know Yes, DeMus - that's how it should be and that's how it is, except that ALL my local places I am looking for shows in Lithuania, no matter what. Problem is solved! It's a shame Google doesn't communicate more openly with uses when such problems arise. Case 2 Google Earth is not working through the WSA with a message indicating failed authentication/credentials required.
