This is a really easy fix and can be identified with out even removing the drumhead. How do I fix that? Band Hero Cymbal Wire The first step is obviously to order a replacement. I did what you suggested and it worked. I also cut a horizontal strip from the cover that contained the two screw holes and reattached that in order to tightly secure the circuit board to the pad.

The only thing I couldn't find is the little white connector on the other end of the cymbal wire, that plugs into the circuit board inside the drum unit. I will be posting a link to a youtube video of my sensor working for the skeptics. Pop up one at a time until all four are free. What can I do?the spot where i plug the cord is broken. Both solder connections were in tact, there was a fracture in the material across the entire piece. Anyway the Orange button does not work on this axe, ive tried giving it a clean and putting some paper behind to pack out the frets but still no joy.
Whenever I hit it, the hit does not register. I could obviously be wrong, or maybe it's just not effective. The problem I had was the cymbal registering an extra strike each time I hit it. If you have to play hard (which you don't), I strongly recommend one of the neoprene pad mods.
Same thing just happened to me. taking the cymbal partly off? Feel ... Just take the neck off and look at the disconnected part of the neck.
