Checked the shop manual which claims check the following: Fuses. Has anyone found the TSB yet? Ford Fusion Heated Seats Not Working

Dealer quoted me $700. A new cushion foam pad and cushion heater mat must be used. I have checked the fuse which is ok the lights on the switches light on when they are operated is there anything else that I can try. Thanks in advance.
