There are a number of applications, both free and paid, that can help you do this, but Facebook has a built in tool that I think is the best option. Hopefully I got all the roadblocks out of the way for awhile. Also works if you're a IT -consultant, you have access to the blog and the fb page - and can let the customer's blog publish on the customer's fb page.
